ABOUT THE PLUSHIES

Where are your products made?

  • I make all the items available on my shop in my studio in Denmark.

Are your plushies safe for children?

  • Yes, all materials used (yarn, stuffing, sewn-in labels, etc.) are compliant to EU regulations to ensure a safe product from birth.

  • I do not use small parts (such as plastic eyes) which could be a choking hazard.

  • All toys are compliant with EU safety regulations: CE tested and bear the CE mark.

Can I use my plushies as toys for my dog/cat?

  • NO. Crochet plushies are not safe for pets to play with as they can tear them open with their teeth which could present a choking hazard.

How should I care for my plushie?

  • As stated on all sewn-in labels and on the care instruction cards, your plushie should be hand-washed. Ideally, spot clean the stained area with a damp cloth.

  • You should let your plushie air dry, avoiding direct sun. No dryer or other heat source.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING

Do you accept custom orders?

  • As all toys need to be CE tested before being sold, and it is costly, I currently do not accept custom orders.

  • However, if you are interested in a product but would like it a different color than what is currently available on the website, I can make it happen. You just have to contact me by filling a contact form.

How long will it take for my plushie to be shipped?

  • A shipping delay should be expected as I make your plushie when I receive your order (currently 10 to 14 days).

Where do you ship your plushies?

  • I ship my plushies in Denmark and across EU.

How is the shipping price determined for my package?

  • The shipping price is fixed by the carrier.

How is my plushie shipped?

  • Your plushie will be shipped in a cardboard box with tissue paper and a card containing care instructions.

How is my pickup point determined if I choose this deliver method?

  • If you choose to have your order delivered to a pickup point, I select the one closest to your address. If you would like to get your plushie delivered to another pickup point and I have not sent your order yet, you can write me and we will choose a different one.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

  • If you have any concern regarding your order, please contact me through the contact form on the corresponding page or by email. We will work through a solution.

Is AI involved in your creative process?

  • No. All my work is handmade without AI.

Who is behind the artwork of your logo?
